The Solution Architect will provide day-to-day architecture, solution design, development and integration, customer consultation, and support of technical matters on Nuamedia and Client delivered platforms and services.
The position will ensure the effective delivery and handover of new platforms and applications into production environments and requires strong technical skills with effective communication and technical-team leadership skill.
The incumbent will work with customer and internal staff to respond to, analyse and resolve technical issues on new and supported Voice Applications, IVR-systems, Voice and Mobile Services to meet specific Business & Technical requirements, SLAs, stakeholder and business goals.
The role will work with customer and internal staff to design and deliver new and innovative Omni-Channel Customer-Experience solutions for the Digital Contact Centre based on AI, NLU, AWS, Amazon Connect, IVR, SMS, Mobile-App, Web-Services and Speech-App development to meet specific Business & Technical requirements, stakeholder and business goals.
The incumbent will have demonstrable experience providing designing high-volume, secure geographically distributed high-availability applications, platforms and systems for Large Enterprise and government customers.
Agile methodologies and practical experience in Scrum environments.
Lead and oversee the delivery of solution architecture, security and integration designs for specific Nuamedia and Customer Projects.
Lead and oversee build and deployment and secure network integration of Nuamedia software and solutions in the cloud and on-premise.
Manages project design issues with potential to impact project scope, time or budget.
Manage architecture & technical stream of work for solution outline and implementation phases
Effectively represent NuaMedia in the delivery and support of client platforms and services.
Contribute to Nuamedia product and platform design and development

Minimum 4 year experience technical lead / solution design experience in a complex working environment.
Minimum 8 year experience ICT Experience.
Strong software design and development background across a variety of technologies.
Experience with large scale, high volume, and fault tolerant platforms / systems.
Experience in AWS and / or Amazon Connect

Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation using CloudFormation or similar infrastructure DSL, software configuration and build tools (Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven)
